I am Nandu Koregaonkar, a registered practitioner of "Marmapuncture" with the British Ayurvedic Medical Association; a Post Graduate Diploma in Panchabhautik Chikitsa (A specialist tradition of Ayurveda practiced in the state of Maharshtra, India); a Certified Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Counsellor; a Certified Yoga Therapist and a Ashtanga Yoga Teacher; and a Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor. In addition, I am in my final year of pursuing a 4-year HE Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine from the College of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy in the UK.
According to Ayurveda, every individual is unique. This uniqueness is represented by the individual Prakriti, based on five elements (Panch Mahabhutas) and 3 Doshas (Tridoshas) that were prominent at the time and place of one’s birth. Therefore, two individuals with the same disease symptoms may require a different treatment plan, as their “Prakriti” may be different.
Each treatment plan is, therefore, based on a comprehensive assessment of the individual “Prakriti” (normal state of health) and the current “Vikruti” (present state of imbalance and disease). This assessment is based on my knowledge of Ayurvedic Diagnosis and is supported by an HRV (Heat Rate Variability) based pulse diagnostics system, which translates the individual HRV to an Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnostics assessment to help develop a personalized and targeted treatment plan. At my Clinic, I try eliminating the root cause of your ailment rather than treating your symptoms.
